The gully is blocked and the sink waste water drains out slowly. We can use the plunger to push the blockage out.
Some pipes are easier to unblock than others. This all depends on how the pipes were initially installed. The pipe could be in concrete. The pipe could also be high up as is the case in double storey’s and higher. In these cases we will need jackhammer, scaffold or a long ladder. This will obviously affect the price.
