Toilet Leaking

Inlet valve letting out to much water:

  • The inlet valve must be changed.
  • We may be able to just change the inlet valve washer or the ball float

C-Pack is not sealing:

  • This could be easily fixed by replacing the c-pack washer.
  • Or we may have to replace the whole c-pack
  • If we need to replace c-pack then we must take into consideration the style of toilet.

Toilet tank cracked:

  • You will need to replace the tank
  • If we cant get the same tank then we will need to replace the whole toilet system (tank & toilet pan).
  • The prices depend on the different styles and quality as well as what will fit your specific space.

Toilet pan is cracked:

  • You will need a toilet pan.
  • If we cant get the same toilet pan then we will need to replace the whole toilet system (tank & toilet pan).
  • The prices depends on the different styles and quality as well as what will fit your specific space.

Flexible hose leaking:

  • Flexible hose needs to be replaced.
  • Easy enough as long as we can shut off the water!!.

Pan connector leaking:

  • We can put in a wax sealer.
  • We may need to put in a foxy fit pan connector.

Angle valve leaking:

  • The angle valve / shut off valve must be changed.
  • Some times the angle valve/ shut off valve breaks in the wall and some tiling will need to be chiseled out
