Water is coming through the ceiling | Leaking Ceiling
Geyser Leaking:
T P valve is leaking onto the ceiling as there is no pipe to connect it to the outside.
We will have to change T P valve and thermostat as well as put in a overflow pipe to the outside of the roof space
Length of copper pipe 22mm
Vacuum is Leaking:
- This is the valve on the top of the pipes that lead to and from the geyser
- That valve will need to be replaced.
Drain Cock is Leaking:
- This valve is on the cold water inlet to the geyser. It may just need to be tightened or it may need to be replaced. R700.00 to replace.
Geyser Burst:
- Replace Geyser Click here
Leaking Pipes:
- This could be the old galvanized piping, copper piping, or one of the new plastic pipes that are being used these days.
- Price varies according to what pipe it is, position of pipe, and how much needs to be replaced.
Roof Tiles Leaking / Roof Flash Leaking:
- We will inspect all piping in roof and if all is ok then the roof is the cause.
